Enjoy the relationship management and process side of recruitment, but not the constant cold outreach and BD?We're working with a specialist private staff recruitment business representing high-net-worth individuals, celebrities and private clients across the world.They're looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join the team, placing exceptional private staff including nannies, chauffeurs, butlers and household professionals.A different kind of recruitmentThe roles are inbound, so rather than spending your day cold-calling to generate vacancies, you'll be managing genuine client requirements, advising on the market and identifying the right people for each search.It's a highly relationship-led market where trust, discretion and attention to detail matter. You'll work with HNW individuals, celebrities and their representatives, often on sensitive and highly confidential searches.Fees start at around £10k and can reach £30k+ per placement, with established consultants regularly billing £30k–£40k per month.The roleYou'll manage the full 360 process, including:Managing inbound client requirementsBuilding trusted relationships with HNW clients and their representativesSourcing and interviewing candidates across the global marketManaging sensitive and highly confidential searchesAdvising clients on candidate availability and suitabilityManaging the process through to placementDeveloping long-term relationships with both clients and candidatesWho are we looking for?This is for an experienced 360 agency recruiter who enjoys the recruitment process and wants to move into a more specialist market.You'll ideally be:An experienced 360 recruitment consultantStrong at managing multiple processes simultaneouslyExcellent at building genuine, long-term relationshipsCommercially driven and motivated by high-value placementsNaturally polished and confident dealing with senior clientsHighly organised and detail-orientedDiscreet and trusted with confidential informationComfortable operating across an international marketPrivate staff recruitment experience isn't essential.
