Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment for our construction projects and corporate requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to selection, offer negotiation, and mobilization.• Recruit engineering, technical, managerial, supervisory, and skilled manpower positions for construction projects.• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, databases, and direct headhunting.• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.• Handle high-volume and urgent recruitment requirements across multiple projects.• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified construction professionals for current and upcoming requirements.• Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment/manpower agencies when required.• Prepare recruitment trackers, status reports, and hiring KPIs.• Coordinate with HR/PRO teams regarding documentation, work permits, and joining formalities.Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience.• Strong recruitment experience within the UAE construction/contracting industry is essential.• Proven experience recruiting Engineers, Project/Construction Managers, QS, Estimation, QA/QC, HSE, Foremen, Chargehands, and skilled manpower.• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction employment market.• Excellent sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple urgent vacancies and work under tight project mobilization deadlines.• Good knowledge of UAE employment procedures and MOHRE requirements.Preferred:• Previous experience with a main contractor or established construction company in the UAE.• Strong existing network of construction professionals and manpower suppliers.• Experience in both local and overseas recruitment.
