Senior Recruitment Specialist

Role Description The Senior Recruitment Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with department leaders. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will design and implement recruitment strategies, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with Coremetal’s culture and values. QualificationsStrong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and levels.Demonstrated interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.Experience in training and onboarding support, including coordination of induction programs and knowledge transfer for new hires.Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments.Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems or HRIS tools.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
