Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Recruitment Supervisor runs day-to-day recruitment operations and supervises the recruitment team. The role makes sure open vacancies are filled on time with qualified candidates, in line with approved manpower plans, Saudization targets, Saudi labor law and company policies. It also gives hiring managers and candidates a professional, efficient recruitment service.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment operationsSupervise the full recruitment cycle for assigned entities: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.Assign vacancies to the recruitment team, balance their workloads and track progress against hiring timelines.Review shortlists and interview summaries before they go to hiring managers, so feedback is accurate and good quality.Conduct interviews for professional and supervisory roles together with hiring managers.Make sure every vacancy matches an approved manpower request and an up-to-date job description.Coordinate high-volume and mass hiring for operational and blue-collar positions, including third-party manpower mobilization.Sourcing and talent pipelineManage sourcing channels: ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, universities and recruitment agencies.Build and maintain talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Follow up with external recruitment agencies on candidate status, service quality and agreed terms.Support employer branding activities, career fairs and university events.Compliance and SaudizationMake sure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies.Support Saudization targets by giving priority to qualified Saudi candidates and coordinating HADAF and Tamheer programs where applicable.Oversee job offers and employment contracts and make sure they follow the approved terms. Make sure contracts are processed through Qiwa and GOSI.Onboarding and probationOversee onboarding: document collection, certificate verification, background checks, and coordination with Administration and IT before the new joiner's start date.Track new joiners' probation periods and follow up with line managers on evaluations.Reporting and KPIsTrack recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness and early turnover.Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, vacancy trackers and dashboards for the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager.Keep ATS records and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.Team leadershipGuide, coach and train recruitment team members. Monitor their performance.Recommend process improvements to make recruitment more efficient and lower hiring costs.Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.Job Requirements1. Minimum QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.2. Minimum ExperienceAt least 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.Experience in shipping, logistics or a multinational company is preferred.3. Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS systems.Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.Good understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), Qiwa, GOSI and HADAF programs.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Bilingual, with excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.Leadership, coaching and team management skills.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage many vacancies and priorities under tight deadlines.High level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
