Our regional organisation works closely with healthcare providers and trusted distribution partners to bring advanced medical technologies, responsive support and long-term value to the markets we serve.The roleWe are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our ventilation and respiratory-care business. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between an ICU discussion, a distributor business review, a major tender strategy and a management forecast.You will own the regional growth plan, develop strong channel partners, build strategic hospital and clinical relationships, and lead complex opportunities from qualification through award and implementation. You will work in close partnership with Product, Clinical Applications, Service, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams.What you will doOwn and deliver regional revenue, margin, product-mix and market-development objectives.Create focused country and account plans based on market potential, installed base, funding cycles and competitive intelligence.Lead distributors through clear annual plans, structured reviews, capability development and accountable follow-up.Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, intensivists, anaesthesiologists, respiratory therapists, nurses, biomedical engineers and procurement teams.Lead major opportunities and tenders, including qualification, solution design, demonstrations, pricing strategy, cross-functional coordination and executive sponsorship.Translate approved clinical and technical capabilities into compelling, evidence-based customer value propositions.Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and forecast, identify risks early and take decisive recovery action. Responsibility for maintaining and actively following the sales pipeline, opportunities, quotations and tenders.Represent the voice of the market internally and support product launches, congresses, workshops and strategic reference sites.Uphold the highest standards of quality, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and patient safety.What you will bringA bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, respiratory therapy, nursing, life sciences, medical technology, business or a related field.At least 3 years of progressive medical-device sales experience, with strong direct exposure to ventilation, respiratory care or critical-care solutions.At least 3 years of regional sales, distributor management or multi-country business-development responsibility.A proven record of winning complex hospital, government or group-procurement opportunities and tenders.The clinical confidence to engage critical-care stakeholders and the commercial discipline to manage price, margin, pipeline and forecast.Responsibility for maintaining and actively following the sales pipeline, opportunities, quotations and tenders.English and Arabic languages are mandatory, presentation and negotiation skills.Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.Why join usPurpose with scale.
