This role suits a clinically strong, DHA-licensed nurse ready to take on a senior, patient-facing position with supervisory responsibilities within a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver direct patient care across outpatient consultations, procedures, and treatment roomsAssist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests specially related to gynaecology and general practice.Manage patient triage, vitals, and pre/post-procedure careEnsure compliance with DHA clinical protocols, infection control, and documentation standardsMaintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinic manager on staffing and workflowSupport inventory management of medical supplies and equipmentREQUIREMENTSActive DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Registered Nurse license, or eligible for DHA eligibility letterBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing diplomaMinimum 2 years of post-qualification nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or charge nurse capacityCurrent BLS certification (ACLS preferred)UAE outpatient/clinic experience strongly preferredStrong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skillsFluent in English and Russian is a plusWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive tax-free salary, commensurate with experienceDHA license sponsorship/renewal supportHealth insurance and standard UAE employment benefitsStructured, collegial multidisciplinary clinic environmentHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should send their CV and a copy of their current DHA license to general@medspacemc.com with the subject line “Senior Registered Nurse – JLT.”
