We are partnering with a leading international wealth management platform seeking to appoint a Senior Relationship Manager / Team Head to drive the growth of its Global South Asia Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client business. The opportunity offers flexibility for both established individual producers and teams looking to transition to a globally connected platform with significant balance sheet and lending capabilitiesKey Responsibilities:Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of Global South Asia UHNW and family office clients, delivering tailored wealth management solutionsDrive new client acquisition through an established network of entrepreneurs, business owners and centres of influenceProvide holistic advice across investments, lending, wealth structuring, and succession planningLeverage a broad product platform, including discretionary and advisory investments, alternative investments, and bespoke financing solutionsPartner with internal specialists across wealth management, corporate banking and capital markets to deliver complex cross-border solutionsLead and develop a team of bankers where applicable, driving revenue growth and client acquisitionQualifications:Proven track record managing UHNW clients across the Global South Asia marketDemonstrated success in originating and growing client relationships with clear revenue responsibilityStrong transferable client franchise and established regional networkExperience delivering sophisticated lending solutions, including securities-backed financing, real estate lending, structured credit, and liquidity solutionsDeep understanding of cross-border wealth planning, investments, and complex client structuresEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to leverage a global platform and extensive balance sheet capabilities
