Senior Renovation Consultant (Sales)

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in premium residential renovations, villa upgrades, interior fit-out, landscaping, pools and custom joinery.We are looking for an experienced Senior Renovation Consultant (Sales) with a strong sales background and a proven track record of closing residential renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. This is a hands-on, individual sales role. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through client meetings, site visits, proposal presentation, negotiation and successful closing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert company-generated marketing leads into signed projects.Meet clients, understand their requirements and confidently guide them through the renovation process.Conduct site visits and coordinate with our estimating and design teams to develop proposals.Present quotations and proposals professionally, explain scope and pricing, handle objections, negotiate and close deals.Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline.Generate additional opportunities independently through networking, referrals, social media, property agents, designers and other lead-generation channels.Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, investors, property professionals and other potential referral partners.Represent Revive professionally both in person and across relevant social media/networking channels.Maintain accurate updates on leads, proposals, follow-ups and expected closures using our CRM system.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of renovation, interior fit-out or contracting sales experience in Dubai.Proven experience personally closing renovation or fit-out projects.Excellent spoken and written English.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.Confident dealing directly with homeowners, investors and other decision-makers.Good understanding of the Dubai renovation and fit-out market.Self-driven and comfortable generating new opportunities in addition to handling company-provided leads.Active professional network and/or social media presence is an advantage.Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.What We OfferBase salary + Attractive performance-based commission structure with strong earning potential.Company-generated marketing leads.Support from our estimating, design, project and operations teams.Opportunity to grow alongside an established and expanding Dubai contracting company.We are looking for a closer — someone who is confident in front of clients, understands renovation, follows up relentlessly and can take ownership of an opportunity from the first meeting through to a signed contract.
