This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, responsible for building high-quality, visually compelling dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across business teams.You will own dashboards end to end—from understanding business problems, querying data, modeling and visualization to insight generation and root cause analysis. You will work directly with business stakeholders, handle multiple initiatives in parallel, and operate independently with minimal supervision.What responsibilities will you have?Designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or TableauPartnering directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutionsPerforming root cause analysis and deep dives to explain trends, anomalies, and performance changes on dashboards/ReportsWriting efficient, scalable SQL queries to support dashboards and ad-hoc analysisBuilding reusable metrics, KPIs, and standardized reporting layersManaging and delivering multiple reporting and dashboard projects simultaneouslyEnsuring dashboards are intuitive, visually appealing, and business-friendly, following best design practicesUsing LLM/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate SQL development, data exploration, and documentation while ensuring accuracyCollaborating with Data Engineering, Analytics Teams and business stakeholders for data availability, performance, and correctnessTaking complete ownership of assigned deliverables and drive them independently from concept to deliveryYou will require the following qualifications and skills5+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, or Report/Dashboard DevelopmentStrong hands-on expertise in Power BI and/or TableauProven experience delivering multiple dashboards end to endExcellent SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and aggregationsStrong stakeholder communication and requirement understanding skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallelExperience conducting root cause analysis and translating insights into business languageHands-on usage of LLM / GenAI tools to improve productivity and efficiencyNice to HaveExperience with Databricks BI / Databricks SQL dashboards (added advantage, not mandatory)Experience working in SaaS or data-heavy product organizationsFamiliarity with data modeling concepts (facts, dimensions, star schema)Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or RedshiftExperience supporting executive or leadership-facing dashboardsDiversity and InclusionAt bolt, we are diverse and inclusive.
