We’re currently looking for a Senior Reporting Manager | RiyadhWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Manager to support a major programme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.You’ll be responsible for:• Developing and maintaining reporting tools to collect programme status from key stakeholders.• Managing the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc programme reports.• Establishing and overseeing reporting timelines, submissions, and review cycles.• Consolidating, reviewing, and issuing dashboards, while identifying and escalating key risks and issues.• Defining dashboard requirements and ensuring reporting outputs meet stakeholder needs.• Implementing consistent reporting procedures and conducting quality reviews.• Using Power BI, SharePoint, PMIS, and data modelling to provide reliable and traceable programme insights.• Supporting integrated cost, schedule, change, risk, progress, and performance reporting.• Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and overall reporting efficiency.You’ll need to have:• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.• Strong experience in PMO, Project Controls, and Programme Reporting within complex projects or programmes.• Experience working on large-scale, high-value construction or infrastructure projects/programmes.• Previous experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.• Strong knowledge of project controls, reporting processes, dashboards, and performance management.• Strong analytical capability with experience using Power BI, PMIS, SharePoint, and related reporting tools.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.If your experience aligns with the above requirements, please apply or reach out to me directly with your updated CV.#Hiring #SeniorReportingManager #ProjectControls #ProgrammeControls #PMO #Reporting #ProjectManagement #PMC #Riyadh #SaudiTalent
