Location: Makati Work Setup: hybridShift: Midshift - NighshiftSalary: 60,000 - 70,000 Qualifications:At least 6 years of experience in research, analytics, consulting, or a similar field.Background in industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, Economics, or Statistics.Experience working in a multinational or global environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to independently deliver high-quality research reports, market analyses, or analytical insights.Key Skills & ExperiencePreferred QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, macros, and large dataset analysis.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.Experience creating compelling reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization and storytelling.Ability to conduct industry, market, and competitive research across different sectors and geographies.

Experience performing company profiling, client research, and competitive benchmarking.Comfortable engaging with senior executives and business leaders (e.g., Partners, Directors, Executives, and C-suite stakeholders) to understand complex research requirements.Familiarity with Generative AI tools to support research, data analysis, information synthesis, and insight generation while validating data accuracy.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new research platforms, databases, and business tools. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.Nice to HaveExperience using financial and market research platforms such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, Preqin, Refinitiv, Mergermarket, or similar research databases
