Work on research for government, corporate, and not-for-profit clients, helping them understand public attitudes, evaluate policies and programs, improve communications, and enhance reputations across areas such as transport, healthcare, and social services. Our work includes a number of long-running, high-profile and large-scale research surveys.BRAND HEALTH TRACKING | SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE / RESEARCH MANAGERHelp leading brands understand what drives brand growth and performance. Go beyond traditional tracking to uncover the factors influencing perceptions, choice and loyalty, delivering strategic insights that help clients make confident decisions and build stronger brands. You'll work with some of Australia's leading brands across a range of categories and industries.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAs part of either team, you will contribute to the full research lifecycle while working closely with experienced researchers on quantitative and qualitative projects.Responsibilities will vary depending on the role and level; however, key responsibilities may include:Support the delivery of multiple research projects from briefing through to reportingAssist with client briefs, research design, project planning and costing, questionnaires, discussion guides and fieldworkManage project setup, including data preparation, validation, and quality controlMonitor project timelines, quotas, and progress, and escalating risks or issues where requiredWork with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project deliveryTrack project budgets and provide updates to senior team membersAnalyse and interpret data, supporting charting, reporting and visualisation of key findingsContribute to the development of insight-led reports, presentations, and client recommendationsBuild your client management and research skills, including exposure to presentations and stakeholder engagementCollaborate with team members and contribute positively to the team environmentYou'll be supported through structured training, on-the-job learning and mentorship from experienced researchers, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in insights and research.ABOUT YOUPUBLIC AFFAIRS | RESEARCH EXECUTIVEDegree in marketing, psychology, economics, business or a related fieldStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsUnderstanding of research methods and statistics (advantageous)Exposure to SPSS, Q or similar research tools (advantageous)Self-motivated, curious and eager to learnCollaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitudeBRAND HEALTH TRACKING | SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE / RESEARCH MANAGERDegree in psychology, marketing, economics, business or a related fieldSenior Research Executive: Prior market research experience with demonstrated project coordination and delivery experienceResearch Manager: 3+ years' market research experience with strong client management and project leadership skillsStrong quantitative research and data interpretation skillsProven project management capabilities, delivering projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication, presentation and client management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Q and SPSSCollaborative, commercially minded and solutions-focusedOUR CULTUREOur culture is the best of both worlds - we combine the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique agency with the scale, diversity, and opportunities of a global organisation.You’ll work alongside bright, friendly, and passionate people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
