Senior Research Lead $180-250kCompetitive salary + equityI’m currently working on an exciting opportunity with an AI market research and insights business that is redefining how research is delivered across healthcare.They partner with leading healthcare organisations and sophisticated clients on high-impact business questions, combining AI-enabled technology with high-quality qualitative and quantitative research.The OpportunityAs a Senior Lead Researcher, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end research process, from study design and execution through to insight development and client delivery.You’ll be a trusted research advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and helping shape how AI-native research is delivered.What you’ll be doing:• Owning multiple research projects from kickoff through final delivery• Translating complex business questions into rigorous research designs• Leading both qualitative and quantitative/mixed-method research• Developing clear, compelling, decision-ready insights• Presenting findings to senior client stakeholders• Managing timelines, quality and project execution• Helping improve AI-enabled research workflows and methodologies• Acting as a subject-matter expert in early-stage client conversationsWhat they’re looking for:• 3–7 years’ experience in market research• Strong healthcare & life sciences experience• Comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative methodologies• Experience owning client-facing projects end-to-end• Strong analytical thinking, synthesis and storytelling skills• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership• Excited by the opportunity to incorporate AI into the research processWhy consider it?This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond simply executing research and become a trusted strategic advisor, while also helping shape what the future of AI-enabled market research looks like.
