Senior Research Scientist, Organic Synthesis

Accountabilities & Scope of the Job:Independently conduct literature searches and design synthetic routes according to project plans;Skillfully execute chemical reactions and perform comprehensive analysis of the results;Independently undertake R&D projects of moderate to high complexity and ensure project progress;Maintain clear and complete experimental records and project reports, and deliver compounds within specified timelines;Guide junior staff in conducting experiments and assist them in resolving technical issues;Coordinate with supervisors to communicate project progress with clients;Participate in laboratory daily management and comply with company policies on safety, hygiene, and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

Ph.D. (fresh graduate) in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related chemical disciplines.Solid theoretical foundation in compound synthesis; proficient in searching common chemical databases; Strong hands-on laboratory skills and extensive experience in organic synthesis; Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
