Senior Research Scientist, Peptide Synthesis

Accountabilities & Scope of the Job:Responsible for technical design and process optimization of peptide synthesis projects;Develop and execute synthesis strategies for difficult peptides;Guide research scientists and assistants in synthesis operations and assist in resolving experimental issues;Optimize key parameters such as amino acid coupling efficiency, synthesis cycle time, and solvent systems;Prepare experimental protocols and technical summaries.

Requirements

Ph.D. (fresh graduate) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.Thorough understanding of solid-phase peptide synthesis mechanisms; experience in complex peptide synthesis;Able to independently design synthesis plans and drive project implementation;Familiar with the operation and maintenance of various peptide synthesis equipment;Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);Strong project awareness and cross-team communication skills.
