This role oversees a team of research writers, plans and assigns projects, and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality research content. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, producing structured written reports, reviewing and editing team outputs, and maintaining consistent standards and methodologies. The Team Lead collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align research deliverables with business needs, mentors team members, and implements best practices for documentation, data analysis, and knowledge management.
