Job DescriptionAs a Senior Researcher, you are expected to lead high-impact projects that drive both applied and theoretical advancements in AI. Our team operates in two main directions:Applying AI to the design and optimization of semiconductorsConducting fundamental research that supports both our applications and the broader scientific community Current areas of interest include large language models (LLMs), optimization methods for deep learning, reinforcement learning (RL), and generative models. Key ResponsibilitiesLead significant research projects in machine learning and artificial intelligenceDevelop and implement novel algorithms and solutions for team and company initiativesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and research internsSet and refine research directions in collaboration with team leadershipBuild and maintain collaborations with internal and external partnersSecure research funding through grant writing and partnership developmentPublish research findings in top-tier conferences and journalsStay at the forefront of advancements in AI and related fields Qualifications & Expectations Required:PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent research experienceExtensive publication record in top conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL)Demonstrated expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniquesAdvanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similarProven ability to lead research projects and work both independently and collaborativelyStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence research direction Preferred:Experience in optimization, reinforcement learning, and/or large language models (LLMs)Experience in chip design and applied AI researchFamiliarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)Track record of securing research funding and building successful collaborationsMain Requirements and QualificationsCompetitive Package AvailableClosing Date: 14-June-2026
