Our partner is looking for a Senior Researcher based in United States.As a Senior Researcher, you will lead end-to-end research studies within client engagements as an embedded member of multidisciplinary product teams.You will apply mixed-method research to uncover customer needs, validate concepts, and inform product and service decisions.The role combines hands-on research craft with increasing exposure to client strategy, facilitation, and consulting.You will work closely with designers, product leaders, engineers, and other researchers in collaborative delivery environments.Your findings will help teams make evidence-based decisions and translate research into actionable product outcomes.You will also contribute to research practices, knowledge sharing, and execute research studies from initial study design through analysis and final stakeholder readouts within client engagements.Apply a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including generative interviews, contextual inquiry, concept testing, usability validation, surveys, literature reviews, competitive research, and market analysis.Recommend the most appropriate research methodology for each business or product question, while constructively challenging approaches that may not adequately address the underlying research need.Manage research operations, including participant recruiting and screening, scheduling, incentives, consent processes, and maintaining organized research repositories.Synthesize research findings into clear, well-supported insights and recommendations that product and design teams can act upon.Present research outcomes to client stakeholders, clearly explaining methodology, limitations, confidence levels, and implications for decision-making.Contribute to service blueprints, journey maps, and other strategic artifacts that connect research insights with product and service opportunities.Participate in discovery workshops and collaborative working sessions, progressively taking on greater facilitation and leadership responsibilities.Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate desk research, synthesis, analysis, and reporting while maintaining strong analytical rigor and research quality.Partner with designers and less experienced researchers on moderation, note-taking, synthesis, and other research activities.Contribute to internal research standards, methodologies, best practices, and shared research libraries.Requirements5+ years of experience in user research, design research, or a closely related discipline.Strong hands-on expertise in qualitative research methods, combined with working knowledge of quantitative approaches such as survey design and analysis.A portfolio or set of case studies demonstrating how research findings influenced meaningful product, service, or design outcomes.Experience presenting research findings to client or senior stakeholders and confidently explaining research methodology and methodological trade-offs.Proven ability to work within cross-functional product teams alongside designers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders.Familiarity with service design practices and artifacts, including journey maps, service blueprints, and related frameworks.Experience in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments is preferred but not required.Familiarity with research and usability testing platforms, research repositories, participant recruitment processes, and participant privacy practices.Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt research plans when timelines, participant access, priorities, or project scope change.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to frame research findings appropriately for different audiences.Strong analytical judgment, curiosity, collaboration skills, and attention to evidence and research quality.Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to work in the
