Senior Researcher – Technology | Green Park Executive SearchGreen Park is looking for an experienced Senior Researcher to join our growing Technology Practice, reporting into our Head of Research and Delivery.This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile Executive and Board-level searches across technology, digital, data and transformation, partnering with organisations in the UK and Internationally.Working closely with our Technology Partners, you will have significant ownership across the full search lifecycle – helping shape search strategy, conducting sophisticated market mapping and talent intelligence, engaging and assessing senior executives, client interactions and driving assignments through to successful shortlist and appointment.We are looking for someone who brings:Strong executive search research experience within TechnologyConfidence engaging and assessing senior and C-suite candidatesExcellent market-mapping, research, candidate engagement and client interface capabilityIntellectual curiosity, pace, organisational and project management skills and strong commercial judgementThe ability to manage multiple senior mandates and take real ownership of deliveryAt Green Park, Research sits at the heart of how we deliver search.
