Senior Resident Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee construction supervision and ensure the successful delivery of Roads & Infrastructure projects in Dubai, in compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, project specifications, and quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage site supervision activities for Roads & Infrastructure projects.Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and Dubai Municipality standards.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved schedules.Review technical submissions, method statements, inspection requests, and construction documentation.Identify and resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Extensive experience in Roads & Infrastructure construction supervision projects.Dubai Municipality (DM) project experience and approval are mandatory.Strong knowledge of Dubai infrastructure standards, construction practices, and authority requirements.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
