Role Description The Senior Resident in Pulmonary Medicine will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with respiratory and related conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inpatient and outpatient pulmonary cases, supervising junior medical staff, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring evidence-based clinical practice. The role involves participation in emergency pulmonary care, monitoring patients on respiratory support, and contributing to clinical documentation and quality improvement initiatives. The Senior Resident will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and support continuity of care. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moradabad.Qualifications Strong clinical expertise in Medicine, with focused experience or training in Pulmonary Medicine.Demonstrated ability in Emergency Medicine, including management of acute respiratory emergencies.Background in Family Medicine or general internal medicine, supporting holistic patient care across age groups.Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Experience Working with Physicians and other clinical staff in collaborative, team-based care settings.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with residency or postgraduate training in pulmonary or internal medicine.Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Ability to work on-site in Moradabad, manage demanding clinical schedules, and adapt to fast-paced healthcare settings.Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical guidelines and safety standards.
