Senior Retail Creative Manager (Arabic Speaking)

This is a leadership position responsible for shaping the brand across product launches, packaging, digital campaigns, retail experiences, social media, exhibitions, and corporate communications. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to drive creative excellence, brand consistency, and consumer engagement across international markets. Salary: AED 15,000 Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities Lead global brand strategy and creative direction. Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and product launches. Drive packaging, retail, digital, and content development. Manage photography, videography, motion graphics, and multimedia production. Lead and mentor the creative team while managing external agencies and partners. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Design, Branding, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 5 years leading creative teams + experience in creative leadership, branding, or marketing Experience with consumer technology, electronics, retail, FMCG, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
