Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) SpecialistConfidential Healthcare Company – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)📍 Location: Riyadh🩺 Services: Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Radiotherapy, Clinics & Home CareAbout the RoleA leading healthcare company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior RCM Specialist to support and optimize the full revenue cycle across a multidisciplinary outpatient medical facility.The role focuses on accurate billing, claims processing, insurance coordination, payer compliance, denial management, and improving overall revenue cycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end RCM operations: registration, coding, billing, claims, collections & reporting.Ensure compliance with CCHI, NHIC/Nafis, and payer requirements.Manage insurance relationships and pre-authorization processes.Oversee coding accuracy using ICD-10 and CPT.Reduce claim denials, improve clean-claim rates, and optimize AR days.Prepare RCM performance reports and provide insights to management.Support and guide billing, claims, insurance, and approvals teams.Coordinate RCM activities across imaging, laboratory, radiotherapy, and clinic services.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or a related field.5–7 years of RCM experience within healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia.Strong hands-on experience with Saudi insurance companies.Strong knowledge of CCHI, NHIC/Nafis requirements and medical coding standards.Experience with HIS, RIS, or LIS systems.Outpatient healthcare experience is highly preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
