Senior Risk & Compliance Manager | London📍 London (Hybrid: 2 days in office)💰 £110,000 + benefitsWe're partnering with a growing international business to appoint a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager reporting directly to the General Counsel.This is a broad, strategic role for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys working across regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance and business operations. You'll act as the organisation's compliance SME, helping navigate an evolving global regulatory landscape while building practical, commercially focused frameworks that support business growth.Responsibilities Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments across the UK, EU, US and AustraliaLeading regulatory compliance and horizon-scanning activitiesSupporting product and supply chain compliance programmesEnhancing risk management frameworks and maintaining the corporate risk registerOverseeing corporate compliance areas including whistleblowing, conduct and ethics, anti- fraud and sustainability obligationsManaging the privacy programme and broader governance initiativesPartnering with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders across the businessExperience requiredStrong experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or risk managementExperience operating across multiple jurisdictionsA commercial mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExposure to corporate compliance frameworks, risk registers and governance processesKnowledge of product compliance, supply chain regulation or sustainability-related regulationIndustry experience in publishing, media, retail/ commerce and industry.
