About the Opportunity:The Senior Robotics Field Technician is a senior-level field role responsible for leading the installation, configuration, and deployment of complex robotic systems. The position involves troubleshooting advanced technical issues, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating installation activities to ensure system performance and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires technical expertise and leadership to support robotics or industrial automation projects.3.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite deployment and commissioning of robotic systems.Perform advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics.Coordinate installation planning with multiple trades and client teams.Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to specifications.Interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.Train and mentor Apprentices and junior technicians.Provide technical feedback to engineering teams.Ensure compliance with safety standards and field best practices.Travel 100% of the time across the U.S. and potentially Canada.4.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.Technical training in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.Minimum 7 years experience in robotics, automation, or complex industrial equipment installation.Expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems integration.Strong understanding of BMS, FLS, and industrial networking.Proven leadership or subcontractor coordination experience.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in interpreting and updating technical documentation.Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, Amazon Red Badge, First Aid/CPR.Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.Preferred experience in Amazon Robotics or high-volume fulfillment environments.Field leadership or site supervision experience preferred.5.
