They are moving from working demos to robots running in the real world.The team is led by engineers who have shipped hardware and software at scale, and they are growing quickly after a recent funding round. They are hiring a Senior Robotics Software Engineer to make their robots run reliably outside the lab.What you'd be doingBuilding the software that makes robots run reliably outside the labWorking across controls, systems integration, motion planning, or fleet and deployment softwareDebugging on real hardware and fixing what breaks in the fieldHelping set engineering standards as the team growsWhat you'll bring5+ years writing software for robots or autonomous machinesStrong C++ and Python, with ROS or ROS 2 experienceExperience taking a robot from prototype to deploymentComfortable working close to hardwareWhy applyWell funded, with a long runway and real customersA small senior team, so you'll own a big piece of the workYour work goes onto real hardware, not just into papers
