As part of a growing engineering team, you'll play a hands-on role in assembling, testing, troubleshooting and improving highly sophisticated electromechanical systems.This position is ideal for someone who loves working directly with hardware, solving technical problems and seeing their work move from prototype to functioning product.You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly and every team member has a visible impact on the end product.What you'll be doingBuilding and assembling complex electromechanical systems and prototypesPreparing and routing wiring harnesses, connectors and cable assembliesSupporting integration of motors, sensors, actuators and control hardwarePerforming system bring-up, debugging and troubleshooting activitiesBuilding and maintaining test equipment, fixtures and validation setupsConducting hardware testing and documenting resultsIdentifying root causes of failures and working with engineering teams on solutionsSupporting prototype iterations and continuous product improvementsMaintaining a safe, organised and efficient workshop environmentWhat we're looking forExperience building, testing or troubleshooting complex hardware systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and excellent hands-on skillsAbility to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentationExperience with electrical assembly, wiring, crimping, soldering or harness fabricationComfortable using diagnostic equipment and debugging hardware faultsStrong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workAbility to operate independently while collaborating closely with engineersNice to haveExperience working on robotics, automated equipment, aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery or other advanced electromechanical productsUnderstanding of sensors, motors, actuators or motion systemsPrototype development or R&D experience3D printing, machining, fabrication or workshop experienceExperience supporting hardware validation and testing activitiesWhat makes this opportunity different?Opportunity to work on genuinely cutting-edge technologyEarly-stage environment where your contributions matterHigh degree of ownership and autonomyAbility to work closely with experienced engineers and technical leadersExposure to the full product lifecycle from prototype through deploymentExcellent opportunity for career growth as the team expandsWe're looking for builders, problem-solvers and individuals who enjoy working with physical systems.
