Senior Rope Access Manager

At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Rope Access Manager to lead and expand our Rope Access operations across key industries. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring the highest safety standards, leading large-scale rope access teams, and supporting business growth across the Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, and related sectors.Role OverviewThe Senior Rope Access Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Rope Access operations, ensuring safe and efficient project execution while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and IRATA standards. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage large teams, client relationships, and business development initiatives to drive sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Rope Access operations across multiple projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 100+ Rope Access professionals, ensuring operational excellence and workforce productivity.Ensure full compliance with IRATA guidelines, company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable industry regulations.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery, productivity, and overall business performance.Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding Rope Access services across key industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, mobilisation, and project execution to meet contractual and operational requirements.Monitor operational performance through KPIs, productivity reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safe work practices, risk assessments, and continuous safety awareness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, commercial growth, and strategic business objectives.What We're Looking ForExtensive experience in Rope Access operations, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.IRATA Level 3 Certification is highly preferred.Proven experience managing teams of 100+ Rope Access technicians.Strong business development experience within Oil & Gas, Facilites management,Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or related industries.Excellent leadership, operational management, and client relationship management skills.Strong understanding of Rope Access operations, project management, and HSE best practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support business expansion.Educational QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.IRATA Level 3 Certification is highly preferred.Additional certifications in Health & Safety or Project Management will be an added advantage.Why Join EFS Facilities Services?Be part of one of the region's leading Integrated Facilities Management organisations.Lead one of the largest Rope Access operations across diverse industries.Play a key role in driving operational excellence, safety culture, and business growth.Work alongside experienced industry professionals in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Enjoy competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and exposure to large-scale projects.LocationDubai
