The role will be responsible for:Growing and protecting the existing customer and revenue base.Developing new customers, markets, products and revenue opportunities.Building strategic relationships with operators, oilfield service companies, drilling contractors, EPCs, OEMs and other key industry stakeholders.Driving large and complex opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and contract award.Developing strategic account plans and long-term customer relationships.Building a strong and predictable sales pipeline.Improving commercial conversion, margins and profitability.Providing leadership, direction and accountability to the sales team.Working closely with Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, Production and Estimation to convert opportunities into commercially viable and executable orders.Sales & Business Development:Develop and execute SEW's sales and business development strategy in alignment with the General Manager and company objectives.Deliver agreed revenue, gross profit, order intake and market-expansion targets.Manage and grow the existing customer base while actively developing new customers, new accounts and new revenue streams.Identify opportunities to leverage SEW's manufacturing, engineering, machining, fabrication, repair and service capabilities to expand the customer base and enter adjacent markets.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across the UAE, GCC and wider Middle East.Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with operators, oilfield service companies, drilling contractors, EPC contractors, OEMs and industrial customers.Develop strategic account plans covering customer mapping, opportunity identification, stakeholder engagement, cross-selling and long-term growth.Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers within major customer organizations.Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, channel development and new market entry.Represent SEW at major industry conferences, exhibitions, customer events and industry forums.Strategic Accounts & Major Opportunities:Own the sales cycle for major opportunities from initial engagement through technical-commercial proposal, negotiation and contract award.Lead high-value commercial negotiations, ensuring appropriate pricing, margins, contractual terms, commercial risk and delivery commitments.Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across key regional markets.Understand customer requirements and business drivers and translate them into commercially viable solutions.Drive cross-selling and share-of-wallet growth within strategic accounts.Ensure strong post-award customer engagement and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.API Oilfield Equipment & Manufacturing:Lead the commercial development of SEW's API-certified oilfield equipment and related manufacturing/remanufacturing portfolio, including:API 6A – Wellhead and Christmas Tree equipment.API 16A – BOP systems and related equipment.API 16C – Choke and Kill systems.API 5CT / 5B – OCTG-related products and premium connections.API 7-1 / 7-2 – Drill string tools and related products.Wellhead equipment, spools, adapters, risers, DSAs and manifolds.Pressure-control equipment and valves.Drill string tools, crossovers, subs and related engineered products.API manufacturing and remanufacturing/repair services.ASME fabrication, pressure vessels, engineered packages, process skids and modules.Specialized Knowledge:Strong technical-commercial understanding of API-certified oilfield equipment and manufacturing.Strong knowledge of API 6A, API 16A, API 16C, API 5CT, API 5B, API 7-1, API 7-2, API Q1 and API Q2 requirements.Strong understanding of wellheads, Christmas Trees, BOP systems, pressure-control equipment, valves, manifolds, spools, adapters, risers, DSAs and related equipment.Knowledge of API manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, machining and premium threading.Good understanding of ASME fabrication, pressure vessels, process skids, engineered packages and related fabrication processes.Working knowledge of ADNOC requirements, ICV, vendor registration, prequalification and procurement processes.Strong understanding of technical-commercial tendering, pricing, negotiation, contracts, margins and commercial risk.Experience:15+ years of overall experience in Oil & Gas, with substantial experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership.10+ years of senior commercial experience involving oilfield equipment, API-certified products, manufacturing, remanufacturing or related engineered solutions.Proven track record of managing and growing significant revenue portfolios, preferably with annual business responsibility in the multi-million-dollar range.Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and gross-profit targets and converting large, complex technical-commercial opportunities.Proven ability to develop new business rather than solely manage existing accounts, with a track record of opening new customers, markets and revenue streams.Established relationships with operators, oilfield service companies, drilling contractors, EPCs, OEMs and other major industry customers.Strong UAE/GCC market exposure, with established customer networks and understanding of regional procurement and business-development dynamics.Experience dealing with senior customer stakeholders and leading complex commercial negotiations.Experience leading sales teams, commercial strategy, forecasting, budgets and business planning.Experience with ADNOC Group and/or other major regional operators is highly desirable.Leadership Profile:We are looking for a seasoned commercial professional with the maturity Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.Strong proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM and sales reporting systems.Valid UAE driving license is mandatoryWillingness to travel extensively across the UAE and GCC.
