The brand aims to be a leading destination for designer dress rental and professional styling services across Lebanon and the UAE.Role Description The Senior Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales professional will welcome and guide clients in the boutique, provide personalized styling advice, and recommend suitable dresses and accessories based on client preferences and occasions. This role includes managing the full sales cycle from client consultation and fitting appointments to closing rentals, processing payments, and handling returns. The Senior Sales professional will maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, support merchandising and product presentation, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience aligned with brand standards. The role also involves mentoring junior sales staff, contributing to sales targets, and collaborating with management on promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide a high-quality boutique experience.Proven Sales experience, including consultative selling and upselling within luxury retail, fashion, or related sectors.Sales Management and Training capabilities to support, guide, and develop junior sales team members.Background or strong interest in fashion, styling, or luxury retail, with the ability to provide confident styling advice.Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, with flexible availability on weekends and evenings as needed.Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling POS systems, bookings, and basic reporting.Professional proficiency in English; Arabic and/or other languages in the MENA region are an advantage.Previous experience in high-end boutiques, bridal or eveningwear, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
