WE’RE HIRING: Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Sales Consultant

Location: Office 1409, Grosvenor Business Tower, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE.Salary: Up to AED 9000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission.About the roleCitizenShip & Co. is looking for an experienced CBI Sales Consultant to advise prospective clients, sell citizenship-by-investment programmes, and manage client relationships throughout their journey.You must have direct experience in the CBI industry, strong programme knowledge, and a verifiable track record of closing sales.Key responsibilities

• Understand clients’ objectives and explain suitable programmes, investment options, costs, eligibility requirements, and application stages accurately.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiry qualification, consultations, proposals, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
• Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Maintain regular client communication and coordinate with the processing team to support a smooth application journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, and sales forecasts.
• Meet agreed sales targets and report on pipeline progress and conversions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship development.
• Stay informed about programme updates and changes to requirements.
• Uphold our commitment to radical transparency: clear communication, confidentiality, and no misleading promises.Required experience and skills
• Previous sales experience in citizenship by investment is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Türkiye, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, and St Lucia programmes.
• A proven personal record of converting enquiries into paying clients.
• Ability to substantiate previous sales results through anonymised performance summaries and professional references.
• Strong consultation, presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent organisation and consistent follow-up.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing multiple client relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English.Preferred
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients in the UAE or wider GCC.
• An established professional or referral network.What we offer
• Monthly salary of up to AED 9,000, based on relevant experience and demonstrated performance.
• Commission in addition to salary.
