Senior Sales Engineer - Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, preparing and presenting technical solutions, and driving sales of fire protection systems. Tasks include providing technical support, managing customer relationships, preparing project proposals, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Qualifications Experience in Sales Engineering, including preparing and presenting technical solutionsStrong Technical Support skills, with the ability to provide expert advice for system design and troubleshootingExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and address their needsProficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue and meet targetsBackground in fire protection systems, safety regulations, and standards (e.g., NFPA) is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred)Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and project management abilitiesFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
