Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC & Humidity Control

Climatech Solutions UAE is looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC, Dehumidification and Humidity Control Solutions to join our growing team in the UAE.This position is specifically for candidates with proven technical B2B sales experience within the HVAC industry.Key Responsibilities* Develop new business opportunities across the UAE for HVAC, Dehumidification and Humidity Control solutions.* Generate and manage B2B sales opportunities from initial contact through technical evaluation, quotation, negotiation and closing.* Build strong relationships with MEP contractors, HVAC contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies, hotels, industrial facilities and end users.* Conduct client meetings, site visits and technical discussions to understand application requirements.* Recommend suitable technical solutions in coordination with the engineering team.* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.* Follow up on projects, tenders and enquiries until successful closure.* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.* Identify new projects, consultants and key accounts within the UAE market.* Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities and follow-ups through CRM/reporting systems.Mandatory Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.* Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.* Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications.* Previous experience with Dehumidifiers, Humidity Control, Indoor Air Quality, Air Treatment or HVAC Equipment is highly preferred.* Proven track record in B2B technical sales and project sales.* Experience dealing with MEP contractors, consultants and end users.* Strong knowledge of the UAE HVAC market and existing industry relationships.* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.* Ability to independently generate leads and develop new accounts.* Fluent English communication skills.* Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.* Currently based in the UAE.Preferred ProfileWe are particularly interested in candidates who have sold technical HVAC equipment or solutions such as:Dehumidifiers | Humidity Control Systems | AHUs | FCUs | Ventilation | Air Treatment | Indoor Air Quality | HVAC EquipmentCandidates without relevant HVAC technical sales experience will not be considered.Why Join Climatech?Climatech is expanding its presence in the UAE market with a strong focus on specialized Dehumidification and Humidity Control solutions for commercial, industrial and residential applications.We are looking for an experienced salesperson who can contribute not only to sales, but also to developing the market, building strategic relationships and growing this division across the UAE.If you have strong HVAC industry experience, an established network in the UAE, and a proven ability to develop and close technical sales opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
