Senior Sales Engineer - Plumbing

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in plumbing products such PPR, PEX and water valves. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing systems, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with contractors and consultants.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors and consultantsIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.Provide technical guidance on product selection, specifications, and installation for plumbing systems.Address customer inquiries on timely manner.Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and market penetration.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Proven experience in sales or technical support for PPR, PEX and water valves.Strong understanding of plumbing systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and technical sales tools.Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit project sites as needed.
