Senior Sales Executive

Since 1996, Jehan Ready Mix has supplied Jeddah and the Western Region with ready-mix concrete, precast elements, and building blocks — built on a reputation for being honest and transparent about our materials. We serve individual homebuilders, contractors, and major Saudi infrastructure projects.We are building our commercial function and hiring our first Senior Sales Executive to own and grow B2B and direct customer sales. You will develop relationships with contractors and mega-project buyers, guide individual and executive clients, and feed steady order volume to our plants.The role is measured on volume: you carry a monthly ready-mix delivery target in cubic metres, and you earn commission on every cubic metre you deliver above it. The target is set at a level our plants can supply and a strong seller can beat, and we share the exact figure at interview.What you'll doWin and grow accounts across contractors, mega-project buyers, businesses, and individual homebuilders.Build a consultative relationship with clients — understand each project and recommend the right mix (structural, high-strength, sulphate-resistant, or specialty).Meet your monthly ready-mix volume target and track your own performance against it.Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved pricing, and close orders that keep our batching plants running to target volume.Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate records of leads, quotes, and orders.Coordinate with the plant and technical teams so commitments to customers are met.What we're looking forSaudi national.5+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience — construction materials, ready-mix, cement, or building products preferred.A proven record of winning accounts and hitting volume or revenue targets.
