Senior sales executive - Fine Jewellery-Abu Dhabi

Mode is proud to be partnering with a prestigious international High Jewellery Maison seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate / Senior Sales Executive to join its Abu Dhabi boutique.This is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally recognised luxury jewellery house renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, exquisite gemstones and highly personalised service to a discerning global clientele.Based within The Galleria, Abu Dhabi, the role will focus on developing a strong local and international client portfolio, driving sales across High Jewellery and core collections, and creating exceptional experiences for UHNW clients.The successful candidate will be a confident and highly polished sales professional with an established network, a proactive approach to business development and a genuine passion for fine jewellery.The Role

• Build, develop and manage a strong personal client portfolio across local and international clientele
• Drive sales across High Jewellery and core collections
• Proactively identify and develop new clients through networking, referrals and targeted outreach
• Leverage an existing client network while continuously developing new business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with UHNW clients through highly personalised service and regular communication
• Work closely with international teams to maximise cross-market client opportunities
• Support private appointments, boutique events, trunk shows and exclusive client experiences
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Maintain accurate and effective CRM records to maximise client development opportunities
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, service and product knowledge
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the jewellery collection, gemstones and diamonds to confidently advise and style clientsRequirements
• Minimum 10 years' experience within luxury retail, fine jewellery or High Jewellery
• Proven experience working with UHNW clients within a luxury boutique environment
• Strong existing client book and network, ideally within Abu Dhabi or wider GCC
• Demonstrable track record of achieving strong sales results
• In-depth knowledge of diamonds and gemstones
• GIA certification or equivalent would be advantageous but is not essential
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Additional languages would be highly advantageous
• Highly polished, confident and commercially driven
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proactive approach to client acquisition and business development
• Culturally aware with the ability to work effectively with an international clientele
• Valid work permit/visa required
• Willingness to travel internationally for client development and eventsThe Opportunity
