The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge, proven account management experience, and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets across trading, distribution, consumer goods, or HORECA environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Business DevelopmentAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across designated product categories and territories.Execute account development initiatives, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.Develop account-level sales plans to grow revenue within existing accounts and acquire new customers.Develop business with key retailers, distributors, hotel groups, corporate buyers, and institutional clients.Negotiate within approved pricing, payment, and discount guidelines.Represent the organisation at trade shows, industry events, and product launches.Account Recovery & RetentionRe-establish relationships and business with lost or inactive accounts.Identify declining accounts and implement corrective action plans to recover revenue.Proactively monitor account health and identify early signs of customer disengagement.Key Account ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while maintaining strong commercial relationships.Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and resolve service or product issues.Drive upselling and cross-selling across the product portfolio.Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain account plans and relationship maps for key customers.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor UAE market trends, competitor pricing, product launches, and trade channel developments.Prepare sales reports, account performance analyses, and pipeline updates.Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support recommendations on products, pricing, and strategy.Participate in sales meetings, product training, and cross-functional discussions.Share market insights and best practices with the wider sales team.Order Management & ComplianceMaintain healthy ordering cycles and minimise stock-outs, overstocking, and irregular buying patterns.Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Liaise with credit control regarding outstanding payments, credit limits, and accounts receivable.Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discount structures, and UAE commercial regulations.Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records in the CRM.Communication & CoordinationMaintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams, including procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations.Qualifications & Key SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.4–6 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably within trading, distribution, consumer goods, or HORECA.Proven track record of growing and recovering accounts and consistently achieving sales targets.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; ERP experience is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required.Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
