Senior Sales Executive – Interior Fit-outs

Design De La Belle is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business development and secure new Interior Fit-Out, Design & Build and Turnkey projects in Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new fit-out project opportunities.Build relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, PMCs and key decision-makers.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposals and presentations.Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects.Requirements5+ years of relevant sales/business development experience in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of the Riyadh interior fit-out market.Established client and consultant network in Riyadh is highly preferred.Proven track record of securing commercial fit-out projects.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Arabic language skills are an advantage.We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong market connections and a proven ability to bring in and close projects.DLB Presence: Saudi Arabia | UAE | Bahrain | India
