Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionAs a Sales Manager, Business Development you will be part of the CPS Business sales organization in NIQ and will collaborate with the respective market Sales Team to generate revenue for the products you assigned in your respective market. To be successful in this role, you need to have a proven track sales record. You will be a team player that has a strong bias for action, and an ability to ‘find a way’ to overcome barriers and challenges. As we are a global organization, you will build networks, and work on assignments and opportunities across borders, which will require strong written and verbal communication skills. Existing/Previous knowledge and exposure to NIQ retail measurement data will be a plus.
Responsibilities
Commercial LeadershipDelivery of business target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset;To drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization;To develop a sales strategy and go-to-market execution plans, with a focus on growing revenue in new clients along with former NIQ clients;To build and empower a team that is accountable for the delivery of business goals and targetsTo develop the right offerings for CPS, the affordable price points to penetrate CPS clientsTo manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetingsClient LeadershipBuild client prospect databaseSegment CPS clients by their data expertise & need state, to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain pointsWork with Marcom to develop compelling content and campaign specifically for CPS, to build awareness and generate qualified leadsActively engage with clients & taking ownership;Be the voice of CPS client into NIQ, and the voice of NIQ into the client;To ensure client centricity and satisfactionBe an AmbassadorTo participate in external events and professional speaking engagements;To be a role model internally, participate in company events and activitiesA Little Bit About YouCuriosity drives your interest in what moves the market.
