The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in selling complex digital transformation and managed services solutions to global enterprise customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full sales cycle — business development, client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and closuresCreate and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targetsDrive new logos acquisition and account expansion in strategic geographies (US/NA/EMEA)Build C-level relationships and position RBT as a strategic transformation partnerMentor and guide junior BDEs to achieve team revenue goalsCollaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for GTM successAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings and positioningRequired Skills & Competencies10+ years in IT services sales with a track record of consistent quarterly revenue achievementsStrong exposure to selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Experience PlatformsAbility to drive complex enterprise pursuits with multi-stakeholder involvementExcellent storytelling, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated account mining and strategic relationship development experienceEducationMBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology preferred
