🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR SALES MANAGER – SOLAR EPC ☀️📍 Location: Powai, Mumbai🏢 Department: Sales & Marketing💼 Experience: 10–12 Years💰 Salary: ₹24 LPA – ₹34 LPA🎓 Qualification: MBA in Marketing👨‍💼 Reporting To: VP – SalesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy Industry.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC Projects and a proven track record of driving business growth, managing key customers, generating new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities✔ Develop and execute sales strategies for Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC projects.✔ Generate new business through direct sales, channel partners, references, networking, and market development.✔ Build relationships with industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential customers.✔ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer meetings to proposal, negotiation, and order closure.✔ Conduct customer meetings, site visits, requirement assessments, and commercial discussions.✔ Understand customer electricity consumption, project requirements, ROI, payback, net metering, and applicable schemes.✔ Prepare and present commercial proposals and project solutions in coordination with technical and finance teams.✔ Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value Solar EPC projects.✔ Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, channel partners, and stakeholders.✔ Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Execution teams for smooth project handover.✔ Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, CRM updates, competitor activities, and market trends.✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.✔ Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Required Skills & Experience🔹 10–12 years of relevant sales experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy Industry.🔹 Mandatory experience in both Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar Projects.🔹 Strong experience in Solar EPC sales and business development.🔹 Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.🔹 Strong understanding of solar project economics, ROI, commercial proposals, and EPC processes.🔹 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.🔹 Strong customer relationship and key-account management skills.🔹 Leadership and team-management capabilities.🔹 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.🔹 Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project/site visits.Preferred Candidate Profile🎓 MBA in Marketing with a strong network and proven track record in Solar EPC Sales.Experience handling high-value B2B/B2C Solar Projects, particularly Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC Projects, and leading sales teams will be preferred.Join us and contribute to building a sustainable energy future! ☀️⚡#Hiring #SeniorSalesManager #SolarJobs #SolarEPC #RenewableEnergy #SalesJobs #MumbaiJobs #BusinessDevelopment #SolarEnergy #CleanEnergy
