Our Air Filtration business supplies gas turbine inlet filtration products and services to power generation and oil and gas operators worldwide, and is expanding its presence in the United States.SummaryThe Senior Sales Manager leads the growth of 2JCP's Air Filtration business in the United States. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for an established gas turbine filtration professional who already knows the U.S. market, its buyers, and its competitors, and who can generate orders within the first year. The role owns the U.S. sales strategy and order intake for filter replacement, upgrade, and retrofit work across gas turbine operators, utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors, and OEMs in the power generation and oil and gas markets. Based in the Jacksonville hub, the role partners closely with project management, engineering, quality, and supply chain, as well as UK and EU counterparts, to ensure every order meets customer expectations.This role also lays the foundation for a growing U.S. team. The Senior Sales Manager will mentor and provide day-to-day direction to the Sales Engineer, Gas Turbine Filtration, and help shape how the U.S. filtration business is staffed as it grows.Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy for gas turbine inlet filtration, including target markets, key accounts, and annual order intake plans.
- Leverage an established network of gas turbine operators, utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors, and OEMs to build a qualified pipeline and win orders within the first year.
- Achieve annual order intake and margin targets, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales forecast for leadership reviews.
- Build and execute long-term key account strategies that expand 2JCP's share of filter replacement, upgrade, and retrofit work, including outage-driven and recurring business.
- Monitor U.S. market conditions, competitor offerings, and pricing, and use that insight to set pricing strategy and position 2JCP competitively.
- Lead major pursuits from qualification through negotiation and award, and manage the handoff of awarded orders to project execution.
- Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and applicable industry standards (such as ISO 29461, EN 1822, and ASHRAE 52.2) to define the right technical solution.
- Prepare and approve high-quality technical and commercial proposals that clearly communicate 2JCP's offer and meet customer and project requirements.
- Mentor and provide day-to-day direction to the Sales Engineer, Gas Turbine Filtration, through joint customer visits, proposal reviews, and account planning.
- Contribute to business plans for the U.S. filtration business, including market analysis, staffing, and sustainable margin targets.
- Represent 2JCP at industry conferences, trade shows, user group meetings, and webinars, and support marketing initiatives aimed at business growth.
- Maintain the company CRM system with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity, and ensure team pipeline data supports business planning.
- Conduct site surveys and filter house condition assessments, and contribute to technical reports and recommendations for customers.
- Support project management, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams as needed to meet customer commitments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in gas turbine inlet filtration, gas turbine aftermarket products and services, or closely related power generation equipment.
- Established network among U.S. gas turbine operators, utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors, or OEMs.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding order intake targets in the U.S. power generation or oil and gas markets.
- In-depth knowledge of gas turbine air inlet systems, filter types and media, and filter house configurations, as well as the competitive landscape and pricing in the U.S. filtration market.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills, including technical proposal writing and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience mentoring or leading sales or technical staff preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work free of contractual restrictions, such as non-compete agreements, that would prevent selling gas turbine filtration products and services in the United States.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record; valid passport required for international travel.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- OSHA 10 preferred; background check required.Competencies

- Work is performed in an office setting, while traveling, and at customer power generation and industrial sites.
- Frequently required to sit for extended periods, including air and road travel, and to use a computer and phone.
- During site visits, occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders, bend, stoop, and access filter houses and elevated platforms.
- Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather, heat, humidity, noise, dust, and moving mechanical equipment while on site.
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
