Senior Sales Manager (Penang, Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales and market promotion of Hongfa Group's products in the Malaysia region. The core product lines include relays, EV BDUs, PDUs, BCMs, vacuum pumps, medium- and low-voltage switches, switchgears, connectors, capacitors, fuses, current sensors, and other related products.2. Responsible for key account development, commercial negotiations, order tracking, and payment collection management within the electric vehicle (EV) and new energy sectors; establish long-term, stable strategic partnerships with clients to achieve the sales targets and market expansion plans set by the company.3. Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, enhancing client satisfaction and brand reputation, and collaborating with headquarters and technical teams to resolve issues.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with the market and distribution channels in Malaysia: electric vehicles, electric motorcycles, battery energy storage and new energy, or industrial manufacturing, and capable of key account development and project management.2. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) as a working language, with strong sales communication and organizational skills, and able to work proactively and independently.3. Local candidates residing in Penang are preferred.4. A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience is required. Experience in selling body control modules, electronic control modules, relays, circuit breakers, or other electronic components is preferred.5. Candidates with a valid driver’s license are preferred.6. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.7.
