The role involves overseeing technical sales processes, providing expert technical support, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering effective customer service.Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting lighting solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the company’s overall sales goals.⸻Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field , Engineering is preferable .* Proficiency in Sales and the ability to recommend and provide tailored lighting solutions* Strong Technical Support skills with problem-solving capabilities* Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information* Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets* Outstanding Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships* A strong understanding of lighting systems and technologies is highly preferred.
