HiTittle: Senior Salesforce Business AnalystLocation:100% remoteWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce implementation, integration, requirements gathering, and functional delivery. Experience with Health Cloud and Experience Cloud is a strong plus.Work Authorization: US Citizen (W2)Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security ClearanceKey Responsibilities• Lead client-facing discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.• Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers on solution design and implementation.• Support Salesforce Core Platform, Flows, APIs, integrations, and data migration requirements.• Support testing, UAT, and end-to-end solution validation.• Mentor other BAs and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery.Required Skills• 7+ years of Salesforce delivery and Business Analyst experience.• Strong Salesforce Core Platform and implementation experience.• Strong requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management skills.• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, APIs, integrations, and data migration.• Health Cloud and Experience Cloud experience are a big plus.• Healthcare domain, Data Cloud, Agentforce, OmniStudio, and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
