Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Profile• Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.• Experience: 5+ years as a consultant integrating Salesforce CRM solutions within service companies or consulting firms.• Methodology: Familiar with agile CRM project management processes with a proven track record of interacting with end users.• Certification: Required certification as a Sales or Services Consultant.• Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.• Personal Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis skills, teamwork, service orientation, excellent client relationship management, autonomy, creativity, and active listening.Key Responsibilities:• Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and challenge their objectives, processes, and needs.• Business Analysis: Understand the client’s business context and challenges to provide tailored advice.• Best Practices: Advise clients on leveraging Salesforce best practices and industry standards.• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive process documentation, detailed designs, and/or user stories.• Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects to design and build effective solutions.• Project Coordination: Organize and manage one or more modules within projects, ensuring timely updates and escalating risks when necessary.• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior business analysts, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement.• Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.Required Qualifications:Mandatory:• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce consultant or business analyst.• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud modules, along with the required certification.• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into simple, effective technical solutions.• Proven experience in independently implementing complex functionalities based on client requirements and guidance from technical leads.• Strong capability in training and knowledge transfer to client teams.Nice to have:• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce certified admin, Salesforce certifiedBusiness Analyst …).• Experience with change management and process optimization initiatives.• Familiarity with data migration strategies and integration techniques.• Multilingual skills, particularly in French in addition to English.
