We focus on training and excellence.Join us for the next game!We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join an international Salesforce team and ensure effective Agile delivery. If you are passionate about Salesforce, enjoy translating business needs into functional solutions, and have the ability to organize and guide development teams using Scrum and Agile practices, this is your next play.ResponsibilitiesActing as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.Gathering, analyzing and challenging business requirements, translating them into clear functional requirements and user stories.Understanding Salesforce capabilities and proposing solutions aligned with platform best practices.Supporting backlog definition, refinement, prioritization and management together with Product Owners and business stakeholders.Defining and facilitating the Scrum organization of the team.Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.Managing team capacity and supporting sprint planning and workload allocation.Monitoring delivery performance, progress, risks, dependencies and impediments.Driving continuous improvement and helping the team improve delivery efficiency and predictability.Coordinating business, functional and technical stakeholders across international teams.Supporting Salesforce deployment and project activities, ensuring alignment between business expectations and IT delivery.Working closely with Salesforce Developers, challenging technical and functional solutions when required.Ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and other technical teams.RequirementsAround 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Functional Consulting / Business Analysis.Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce.Good knowledge of Salesforce business processes, data model, configuration and platform capabilities.Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and user story definition.Solid experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, ideally in a Scrum Master or similar delivery role.Experience with backlog management, capacity planning and delivery/performance monitoring.Ability to understand Salesforce solutions and effectively challenge functional and technical approaches.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with distributed international teams.Fluent/professional English, both written and spoken, as the role involves regular collaboration with teams and stakeholders in India and the United States.Strong organizational skills, proactivity and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Nice to HaveSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.Scrum Master certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe certifications.Experience with Salesforce implementation, deployment or transformation projects.Previous experience combining Business Analyst and Agile/Scrum responsibilities.Experience working closely with Salesforce Product Owners, Developers and business teams in complex international environments.Knowledge of Salesforce development concepts such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), at a functional level.Logistics & Contract DetailsRole: Senior Salesforce Functional Business Analyst / Scrum MasterEnvironment: International Salesforce teamInternational exposure: Regular collaboration with stakeholders and teams in India and the United States.English: Fluent/professional level required.Seniority: Senior level, with approximately 5+ years of Salesforce Functional / BA experience.Delivery methodology: Scrum / Agile.We value ownership, collaboration, analytical thinking, strong communication, stakeholder management, continuous improvement and a genuine passion for Salesforce and Agile delivery.
