Responsibilities

In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients and will design, build and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to solve real world business problems.You’ll have the opportunity to lead and take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. This is a role which will give you lots of variety, and your day-to-day will include:Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.Managing client stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.Hands-on configuration, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS and other custom solutions when needed.Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.

Requirements

You will need to be a dynamic, hands-on Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise.
