About the jobAre you a #curious, #structured, and #committed consultant who wants to bring mobile workforces, dispatchers and field operations together on Salesforce?We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with Field Service Lightning (FSL) expertise to design and build solutions that connect scheduling, dispatch, mobile technicians and asset management directly into the Salesforce platform.If you love workshops AND you also love being in Salesforce — configuring service territories, scheduling policies, work orders and the FSL mobile app — this role is for you!As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and building impactful Field Service projects, coaching junior colleagues, and shaping FSL/Service Cloud best practices within a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment.THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF…You've never worked with Salesforce, or never touched Field Service Lightning.You don't enjoy workshops, problem-solving, or challenging business processes.You prefer staying only at "requirements level" and not getting involved in solution build & configuration.You're not comfortable translating field operations needs (scheduling, dispatch, mobile, assets) into Salesforce features.You prefer waiting for instructions over taking initiative.You don't believe in the power of teamwork and continuous learning.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?Strong experience (2+ years) in Salesforce project delivery, with hands-on expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL).Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops with operations, dispatch and field teams, and translate insights into Salesforce and FSL solution designs.Solid understanding of Field Service core objects and processes: Work Orders, Work Types, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Skills, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Maintenance Plans and Assets.Experience configuring the Dispatcher Console, scheduling policies, and the scheduling & optimization engine (candidate ranking, travel time, resource matching).Familiarity with the Field Service mobile app (technician experience, flows on mobile, offline behaviour).Strong knowledge of core Salesforce platform capabilities: objects, relationships, record types, flows, validation rules, permissions, sharing, reports & dashboards.Confident in building declarative solutions: automation (Flow), UI (Lightning pages), data model, security model, approval processes, reports.Comfortable working with technical teams and architects, understanding when to use configuration vs. custom development (knowing limits + best practices).Skilled in documentation, training, and change management to support long-term adoption, especially with dispatch and field teams.Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant…) are strong assets; a Field Service Lightning Consultant certification is a strong plus.Fluent in French and English – Dutch or Portuguese is a plus.Prior experience with Service Cloud, asset-intensive industries, or field operations is a strong asset.#Curious in how you grow, #Structured in how you deliver, and #Committed in what you bring to the team.YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Senior Salesforce Consultant (FSL), your mission will include:1) Business Analysis & AdvisoryLead client workshops with dispatch, field operations and service teams; map processes end-to-end (scheduling, dispatch, mobile execution, asset servicing).Translate needs into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable, future-proof Salesforce/FSL solutions.2) Solution Design (Techno-Functional)Create functional and solution designs aligned with Salesforce and Field Service best practices.Define the data model, scheduling policies, automation approach, security strategy, and UX recommendations.Make clear trade-offs between configuration and development and coordinate with developers/architects when needed.3) Declarative Build & Configuration (Hands-On)Configure Field Service: work types, service territories, operating hours, skills, scheduling policies, maintenance plans.Set up the Dispatcher Console and the scheduling & optimization engine.Configure the Field Service mobile app experience for technicians.Build supporting Salesforce automation: Flow, custom objects & fields, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, reports and dashboards.4) Testing & QualityDefine test scenarios, execute functional testing, and validate end-to-end processes from scheduling to job completion.Support UAT sessions and ensure the final solution matches user expectations, including field technicians.5) Training & Change EnablementCreate training content, deliver training sessions, and support adoption among dispatchers and field teams.Ensure documentation supports maintainability and autonomy for client teams.6) Team Collaboration & CoachingCollaborate closely with developers, architects, and PMs, ensuring smooth delivery.Mentor and coach junior consultants on Salesforce and FSL analysis and build best practices.7) Continuous ImprovementContribute to delivery methodology, reusable assets, templates, accelerators, and best practices around Field Service implementations.Share learnings and innovations internally.CONDITIONSLocation: Belgium — hybrid working model.Why Join asUgo?At asUgo, we're reimagining what consulting looks like: more agile, more human, and more impactful.
