Senior Salesforce Developer – Salesforce / OmniStudioLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract: 6 Months Initial – Long-Term Extension Highly LikelyWorking Model: Onsite, Abu DhabiWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a major enterprise transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of long-term extension.The successful candidate will be a hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong experience across Apex, Lightning Web Components and OmniStudio, ideally gained within large-scale enterprise environments. You will work closely with Product, Architecture and QA teams to design, build and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test and deploy scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce FlowsBuild solutions using OmniScripts, Integration Procedures and Data MappersTranslate user stories, functional requirements and technical designs into robust, maintainable Salesforce solutionsTroubleshoot and debug production issues, providing appropriate workarounds while prioritising permanent fixesBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middlewareDevelop high-quality, well-documented code with strong unit-test coverage and adherence to Salesforce development best practicesEnsure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits, security standards and coding principlesParticipate in code reviews and help maintain development standards alongside the Solution ArchitectConfigure and develop solutions across Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service CloudSupport Energy & Utilities Cloud configurations and associated business processesManage deployments using Change Sets and OmniStudio deployment capabilitiesSupport the complete SDLC including estimation, development, testing, deployment and defect resolutionWork closely with Product, QA, Architecture and other engineering teams within an Agile delivery environmentDevelop reusable Salesforce components and technical assets that can be leveraged across the wider programmeEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer, ideally within large enterprise programmesExcellent hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous ApexStrong hands-on OmniStudio experience is essential, including:OmniScriptsIntegration ProceduresData MappersStrong understanding of Salesforce declarative development including Flows, validation rules and process automationAbility to determine when requirements should be delivered through configuration versus custom developmentExperience designing and developing REST/SOAP API integrationsExperience with Platform Events and API-based data exchangeStrong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing model and governor limitsExperience with Sales Cloud and ideally Salesforce Energy & Utilities CloudStrong debugging, testing and production support capabilitiesExperience working within Agile and distributed delivery teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to take ownership of technical problems and see solutions through from design to productionSalesforce CertificationsCandidates should ideally hold:Salesforce Platform Developer I – EssentialSalesforce Administrator – AdvantageousSalesforce Platform App Builder – AdvantageousAdditional Salesforce Developer / OmniStudio certifications would be beneficialNice to HaveExperience with Salesforce CLMKnowledge of building and configuring CLM templates and clausesExperience with Revenue CloudPrevious experience delivering Salesforce solutions within Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas or other complex enterprise environmentsExperience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes in the Middle EastWhy Apply?Long-term enterprise Salesforce transformation programmeInitial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extensionOpportunity to work on a complex, large-scale Salesforce environmentStrong focus on OmniStudio, Energy & Utilities Cloud and enterprise integrationsAbu Dhabi-based programme with potential for significant long-term engagement
